创业以来参加了很多技术型大会，每次都会有不少感触和收获。我总是很喜欢去参加这样的活动，一个人的精力太过有限，视野也受限制。去看看各个领域的行家高手讲述他们的经验和方法，经常会有武侠小说里面那种豁然开朗的感觉。

我看了一下议程，牛人不少，感兴趣的Session也有好几个。Eric Gamma不用多说，当年编程言必称模式，经常为了模式而模式，这次当然要见下真人；Facebook的Memcached实战也很值得一听，现在做网站的，基本上没用不用Memcached的，但是用到Facebook那样量级和深度的没几个；Twitter架构师的分享一定要去听听，看看Rails最大应用的架构师有什么建议和忠告。另外，JSon之父Douglas、《Release it!》的作者Michael的session也不容错过。

在现场的时候总是回想起07年的时候参加的OReilly举办的第一届China Foo Camp，Robin当时写了一篇Blog，和Douglas聊的时候，大家都感觉那次外国人的气场完全把中国人压住了，没办法，OReilly自己加上公司的几个核心人员都来了嘛。

说实话，那次Session的感觉和参加各种大会差不多，倒是不像这次，很多略显准备生疏的Topic给人感觉眼前一亮，如何用最简单的话，用最少的时间抓住听众，演讲者都花费了不少心思，听众听起来也很轻松。很多时候这种不固守成规的方式会让Session更有效的传递信息，另一个例子是高桥流简报法。

如果想了解当天好玩儿的事儿，最有效的途径当然是看Twitter里面大家的直播，说道Twitter，当天我还从李卓桓那里高价收购了一袋儿Twitter的纪念品，然后安慰自己，对喜欢的标的可以给出溢价 -__-

从小营路口上八达岭高速很堵，我们一直在最右侧一步一步走，前面有一个奥迪很突然的掰了过来，几乎就撞到了，的哥一脚刹车停住，摇下车窗骂了一句：XXX。然后对我说，奥迪的素质真差。

话说从八达岭高速下来，从北四环出学院桥的时候，只有最右边一条道能出，已经排成了长龙，的哥身手矫健的一脚油门，从前面某个反映稍慢的司机前面插了进去，后面的司机的狂按喇叭、踩油门想把我们挤出去，可惜未能如愿。的哥在旁边说了一句：素质真差，让一下怎么了。

说这个故事丝毫没有贬低这个的哥的意思。我想表达的是，很多人都不知不觉的站在自己的立场上来看问题，发表言论，而且这个立场的变化有时候会短的不可思议。我记着我在刚开车的时候过中关村海龙旁那个人行横道的时候我很讨厌绿灯的时候行人停都不停往前走，而自己做行人的时候又对斑马线上还在开的四轮机器很反感。

今天刚好看到魏武挥的文章，"事实 vs 真相"，想起了这段经历，而这段时间让我很困惑的一个问题正是如何透过各种各样的声音去看到事情的真相。

好像是第一次看到天鹅，还是黑色的，我脑海中对黑天鹅的印象是里杰.卡尔德。。。

我们去的时候母天鹅在孵蛋，公天鹅出去玩儿了，湖边坐满了人，都扛着大炮筒等公天鹅回来。我那天碰巧也带了相机，就排了几张下来，不过家伙比起大炮筒差多了。

那天回来，我就养成了每天在Google Blog Search里面搜索黑天鹅的习惯，看小天鹅什么时候能孵出来。五一的时候终于等到了，于是上周约上Robin、Louie一起去看，顺便开会讨论财帮子最近的进展 :p 。我们的一致感觉是，小天鹅太可爱了，没图没真相，赶紧上图。

于是，我们的开会的结果是，下几次例会还在圆明园开 :)

周六中午看央视新闻介绍315晚会的情况，说还会像去年一样打击一位保健品代言的知名明星（我没听错吧？有人听到了么？），于是，晚上躺在床上看了央视的315晚会。可惜没看到所谓被打击的明星（我一度怀疑是在介绍男性保健品的环节，被公关了？:p），不过分众无线的上榜还是让我挺吃惊的。

有趣的是周日、周一两天我没有收到一条垃圾短信，难道所有的垃圾短信小山头都被分众整合然后被打击了？

周末去参加了O’Reilly、IBM、IFTF主办的第一届China foo camp，嗯，没错，就是把Foo Camp挪到中国来了。刚收到invitation的时候我很怀疑，Foo Camp的那种会议形式真的能在国内搞么？第一次Foo Camp的时候那帮家伙可是真的搭帐篷啊。结果和我预料的差不多，更多程度上，China Foo应该算是一个聚会，开小会递名片的比例超过了做Session听Session的，还有就是老外似乎比中国人多 :)

活动分两天，周五的Ignite Event被安排在798，终于有机会在口碑的狂轰滥炸后去拜访了798这个北京现在最Hot的艺术区，蛮有意思的。不过必须承认大部分作品我看不懂，于是和他们讨论起艺术的意义是什么，得到的答案是如果人类只满足最低需求就不会进化成现在这样了。本来Ignite的主题是一个个短小的5分钟之内的Session，Robin还准备了一个关于财帮子一些有意思的数据的演示，可惜由于“People want to talk”，演讲被推迟到第二天了。

第二天的活动是在亮马河饭店进行的，还是按照Foo Camp的“非会议”方式组织，大家在白板上的时间段来填写自己想讲的话题。我觉得这是最好玩儿的过程，可惜还是看到了很不爽的事情，我亲眼看到一个国内某知名外企的某同志（之前有一个自我介绍，我还恰好仔细听了他的介绍）在人家已经分好的Time Slot里面硬画出我们写小学作文时常用的插入符，把自己的话题插到中间，后来索性把被插入的话题用笔画到了不知道什么地方去，真是无语。后来参加了几个Session，感觉还不错，讨论的气氛比较浓，可惜召集者的准备似乎不是很充分。

说起来，最大的收获是见到了偶像Tim O'Reilly，真的很佩服。他领导下的O'Reilly，不但是一家很赚钱的公司，而且是能够引领业界最前沿的技术方向的公司，很酷。

另外一个收获是终于和同名的孟岩见面了，聊天很有趣，他对我说，“你的财帮子给我带来了不少麻烦”:)
